Return Policy


We value our clients and strive to provide high-quality products. All return requests are subject to the following conditions:


  1. Standard Items
    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. This includes the original box, dust bag, wrapping, and any accessories that came with the product.
    • If any part of the original packaging is damaged or missing, or if the product shows signs of use, wear, or alteration, the return may be refused.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  2. Worn, Used, or Damaged Items
    • Returns for items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper handling will be declined.
    • Signs of wear include stains, makeup marks, perfume traces, or any other evidence that the item has been used.
    • The item will be returned to the customer in the same condition if the return is not accepted.
  3. Made-to-Measure & Custom-Fit Items
    • Custom-made and made-to-measure garments are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • This includes any adjustments to measurements, design modifications, custom fit alterations, or aesthetic changes.
    • This policy is clearly stated on the invoice.
    • Clients are strongly encouraged to review measurements and consult with us prior to placing a custom order.
  4. Defective or Incorrect Items
    • If an item arrives defective or does not match the order, please contact us immediately.
    • We will provide instructions for return or exchange at no cost to the customer.
    • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all original packaging and tags.
  5. General Terms
    • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these return conditions.
    • The company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
    • Refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection of the returned item and compliance with this policy.
    • The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item to avoid loss or damage during shipping.

 

 

In addition, return requests for worn or damaged items will be declined.

If a returned product shows any signs of wear — including stains, makeup marks, perfume traces, or any other indication that the item has been used — the return will not be accepted and the refund will not be issued. The item will be sent back to the customer in the same condition.

Made-to-Measure & Custom-Fit Policy

Avenue 833 offers made-to-measure services designed to create garments that fit each client’s unique proportions and personal preferences.

These pieces are made exclusively for you and tailored to your specifications.

What “Made-to-Measure / Custom-Made” includes:

  • garments adjusted to the client’s individual measurements
  • modifications to the original design, including (but not limited to):
    • custom length
    • sleeve length adjustments
    • waist, bust, hip or shoulder adjustments
    • custom fit alterations
  • customization of aesthetic details, such as:
    • stitching style
    • seam modifications
    • color or material selection (where available)
    • hardware / accents / finishing details
  • any design adjustment that alters the standard original model

These creations require dedicated craftsmanship, time, and materials specifically allocated per client, therefore:

Custom-made and made-to-measure products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This policy is clearly stated on the invoice: custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
