WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Under Article 4(b), Chapter I of Government Ordinance No. 130 / August 31, 2000, on distance contracts, “Consumers are entitled to notify the seller in writing of their decision to withdraw from a purchase, without penalties and without justification, within 10 working days of receiving the product.”
Products purchased through avenue833.com may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 working days of delivery, without penalties or explanations, at the customer’s own expense, using the same courier service as the initial shipment.
AVENUE833 reserves the right to apply additional restoration fees for products that are used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging. Such fees may range between 0% and 50% of the product’s purchase value. The refund will be processed within 30 days from the written cancellation of the contract. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
These Terms and Conditions comply with current Romanian law, including Law No. 365/2002 on electronic commerce and Law No. 51/2003 approving Government Ordinance 130/2000 on distance contracts.
Products that are returned or exchanged under warranty must be sent to the company’s registered address. Return shipping costs for defective products will initially be borne by the customer; however, after inspection and confirmation of the defect, a replacement product will be shipped at the seller’s expense.
Visible defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product. A “visible defect” refers to any imperfection detectable by simple inspection. Complaints made later will not be accepted. Receipt is considered to occur on the day the product was delivered to or collected by the client or their representative.
AVENUE833 is released from warranty obligations if products are found to have been mishandled, improperly stored, used for unintended purposes, exposed to liquids, or brought into contact with unsuitable substances. Warranty will also be void if unauthorized repairs are performed by the customer or any third party.

After processing, AVENUE833 will ship the order through a courier service within 7 -10 working days, and delivery typically occurs within 48 hours after pickup.

6. Transaction Cancellation
If a card transaction is canceled, the issuing bank will release the held amount within 1–30 days, depending on its policies. For orders already shipped, applicable transfer fees and commissions will be deducted from the refund, which will cover the product’s value only, excluding shipping. Returned products must meet the “Delivery and Return” policy requirements. Refunds for card payments will be made to the same card within 30 days of return approval.
