Orders will be delivered anywhere in Romania through Sezelia platform, and internationally through DHL/ALLPACKA platforms, depending on service availability in the destination country.

Production & delivery timeline:

Made-to-order production timeframe: 7–10 business days

Shipping time: an additional 1–2 business days

We deliver worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and courier, generally between 3 to 10 business days. Exact timing is confirmed at shipment to ensure the most realible service.

Customers are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country. For example, orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to local taxes or customs charges, which are not included in the purchase price.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that our company cannot be held liable for delays, lost packages, or additional charges imposed by local authorities or couriers.

Delivery times may vary during national holidays, Black Friday, or dedicated Avenue 833 campaigns due to increased order volume and courier workload.
